Can you bisect?

Comment 2 Alberto Segura 2016-10-02 09:00:11 UTC
Sorry but, what do you mean with bisect?

Comment 3 Alberto Segura 2016-10-02 09:13:35 UTC
... I have 2 graphic cards in my system, one deactivated (AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics × 2) with 512mb and other (the affected) with 1gb connected via pci...

When I use the first the noise is gone and the temperature is about 5-10 C

I'd like to use the second one because I think is better but I have the mentioned problems.

Thanks,

Alberto.

Sorry, I assumed it works on an older Kernel/Mesa since I have a Caicos card in a machine running Debian stable and it works fine. Is that the case, does older Fedora work fine for you? If yes, could you do [1] on Kernel first, and then Mesa?

*********** MASS BUG UPDATE **************
We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a large number of bugs to go through and several of them have gone stale. Due to this, we are doing a mass bug update across all of the Fedora 25 kernel bugs.

Fedora 25 has now been rebased to 4.9.3-200.fc25. Please test this kernel update (or newer) and let us know if you issue has been resolved or if it is still present with the newer kernel.

If you have moved on to Fedora 26, and are still experiencing this issue, please change the version to Fedora 26.

If you experience different issues, please open a new bug report for those.

Hi again and sorry for the delay,

Sometimes I hear the annoying noise, and gpu temperature is still high, but video card seems to work with a little freeze.

I'm using fedora package kernel 4.9.5. and fedora 25.

My intention is to renew this video card because I think it is too old. So, if you want you can close this issue.

Thanks a lot,

Alberto.

:)
