Description of problem:
This extension is deep in the red, to prevent it from incurring further costs it should be disabled from being added to any product that isn't already using it.

See if it's possible to disabled it on products where it is enabled but has never been used.

It must continue to function on products already using it.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh8)
Result: Failed
Steps:
1. Open a product page, don't do any update, click save button
==>Can't save with error:
The MultipleValues extension is deprecated, you can no longer enable or disable any of these features.

Result: Pass
