Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Optimize -> Utilization and pull splitter to the left.
2.Go to Optimize -> Bottlenecks and you can see that it has also pulled splitter to the left
3.Pull splitter to the left in Optimize -> Bottlenecks
4. Go to Optimize Utilization and you can see it has also pulled splitter to the left

Expected results:
Utilization and bottlenecks shouldn't share their splitter positions
