Upstream bugzilla is doing some work in trunk to fix memory leaks.  This seems to dramatically increase the life of the mod_perl workers before they are killed by the process size limit.

We should backport this to 5.0 and merge it into upstream bugzilla so we can incorporate it into Red Hat Bugzilla.

Upstream hasn't integrated the patch yet.  I'll put this into our bugzilla now and make sure the backport gets done upstream at a later date.
