This is currently requested for RHEL 7.4. It would not be able to be requested for RHEL 7.3.z until there is an approved fix for RHEL 7.4.

Hi,
The SR650 is used by other team. So I used a similar machine(SR530) to test. These 2 machines have the same CPUs. SR530's SMBIOS is also version 3.0 but I didn't reproduce this issue on SR530.
I'll update this bug as soon as I can use SR650.
