build against gtk-sharp3

There are problems to build Banshee 2.9 with libgpod-sharp because it still refers to gtk2.

I have a patch to build against gtk-sharp3-devel, and I don't think this affects any other packages.

right, libgpod-sharp is only required by banshee in Rawhide:

dnf repoquery --whatrequires libgpod-sharp
banshee-0:2.6.2-15.fc24.x86_64
