Been seeing this on the last few versions of Fedora, currently 25. Happens every time I get a kernel upgrade and the oldest one is removed. E.g. today's dnf update pulled kernel.x86_64 4.8.11-300.fc25 and the respective warning dnf spat out was: warning: file /lib/modules/4.8.6-300.fc25.x86_64/updates: remove failed: No such file or directory
