Description Anthony Green 2016-10-03 13:51:29 UTC
Description of problem:
Please document the process of using atomic scan in a disconnected environment (specific details on leveraging Satellite for hosting content is even better).
My understanding is that atomic scan reaches out for both container image and OVAL content.

This issue is described in the Atomic Host Release Notes. But I'll update the Atomic CLI Reference to expand the description of "atomic scan" and "atomic install openscap" so the feature is covered in the main documentation.

Comment 9 Chris Negus 2018-07-10 15:15:35 UTC
I added a note to the "atomic scan" section of the Atomic CLI Reference that encourages installing the openscap container before using it, then points to the Release Notes for further details. See the published document here: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux_atomic_host/7/html-single/cli_reference/index#atomic_scan
