Created attachment 1206901 [details] bug in log Description of problem: In general : Occasional automatic provider refresh operations seem to complete successfully, but the Virtual Machines tree view does not contain the top-level datacenter object and several objects below the datacenter are also missing. Confirmed, applying 5.6.2.1 fixed the issue
Changing this to Closed fixed in Current release since it was a known bug in 5.6.1 and resolved in 5.6.2
