Description of problem: The C package includes C++ headers (/usr/include/proton/*.hpp) when it shouldn't. This interferes with adding a qpid-proton-cpp-devel package, because if you deleted the -cpp-devel, you'd remove -c-devel's as well. Not that it would matter, but it's unclean.
