Description of problem:
Summary page e.g. http://last-cf-mid.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/ shows hawkular metrics as running even though the actual status from metrics component (http://last-cf-mid.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/hawkular/metrics/status) is failed.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure cassandra is not accessible and start hawkular services


Actual results:
- there will be exceptions similar to following in server.log:
2016-10-04 09:19:50,013 ERROR [org.hawkular.alerts.engine.impl.CassDefinitionsServiceImpl] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 87) Failed schema creation: com.datastax.driver.core.exceptions.NoHostAvailableException: All host(s) tried for query failed (tried: hawkular-cassandra/172.17.0.2:9042 (com.datastax.driver.core.exceptions.OperationTimedOutException: [hawkular-cassandra/172.17.0.2] Timed out waiting for server

- hawkular services status page shows that everything is up and running
- haw metrics status shows:
{"MetricsService":"FAILED","Implementation-Version":"0.19.3.Final","Built-From-Git-SHA1":"00c8fb3594995373b9d8413d426190823bd21f96"}


Expected results:
Hawkular services status page should show correct status of hawkular metrics.
