Remote replication after saving

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Configuration -> CFME Region -> Replication
2. Select type Remote and save it
3.

Actual results:
No choices appeared after choosing Remote and after saving: Error during replication configuration save:

I tried it again in 5.7.0.9 and now remote replication saving seems to work:
Replication configuration save was successful.
So maybe not a bug anymore?
