Code to enable support for Nuage to tripleo-heat-templates has been submitted to stable/mitaka. Please merge this when ready.

Hi guys, 

   This code is fixed upstream so I was wondering if we could simply backport the code from upstream to RHOSP 9 instead of making this a RFE... it should be a bug imho.
