Description of problem:
Customer has requested UDP support in nginx. This is critical for them, so they are currently running the 1.10.x stable version from the community edition.


Additional info:
Version number doesn't matter, as they are happy to continue running the community edition until this is available in a Red Hat package, but they do plan on switching to an officially support version of nginx, once this feature is available.

From the 1.10 change log [1], it looks like the feature was added in development version 1.9.13 in March 2016.
