Description of problem:

"No Data Available" message reported for BR2B, BR2C and BR3 reports.

How reproducible:

100% on end user system.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to reports portal.
2. Try to generate reports: BR2B, BR2C and BR3 reports.

3. The reports will show no data.

Actual results:

"No Data Available" message reported for BR2B, BR2C and BR3 reports.

Expected results:

Correct information should be reported for the reports.
