Description of problem:
Setting ownership for multiple vm's displays "<Don't change>" as a dropdown option

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Manage a Infra or Cloud provider
2. As Admin, Navigate to Compute ==> Infrastructure ==> Virtual Machines or Compute ==> Clouds ==> Instances
3. Select 2 or more vm's or Instances ==> Configuration ==> Set Ownership
4. Observe the dropdown option for "Select an Owner" or "Select a Group"

Actual results:
Displays "<Don't change>" as dropdown option

Expected results:
Should not display this option

Ramesh, this is so you can change one or the other or both at the same time.  Closing as not a bug
