Description of problem:
on hp dl920 gen8 with 16 numa nodes and 12TB ram, kernel doesn't boot due kernel panic

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-rt-3.10.0-512.rt56.418.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. provision system with ks_meta="@rt:-kernel" (ev. additional packages) and 
2. wait for reboot
3. check results

Actual results:
[    0.000000] Kernel panic - not syncing: Out of memory 

Expected results:
no panic, kernel boots
