If not set correctly provider communication problems will present intermittently and the problem is fairly difficult to determine based on logs etc. It might also be appropriate to address installing with provider networks and not needing a public floating IP. Suggestions for improvement: Add a section to the documentation for Installing Red Hat CloudForms on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform to inform users of this requirement. Additional information: I have seen accounts of this issue a minimum of 3 times this month, I suspect a fourth but its as of yet unconfirmed.
