Description of problem:

We should add NIC template examples showing which networks are required for usual custom roles such as: networker node running neutron agents, controller node running the pacemaker managed services, service api nodes running the openstack api services.

This status of this bug was improperly labeled as it never was backported to stable/newton and as a result is not in OSP-10.  However the Networker nic templates have now been removed with this patch in Queens as there is no standard Networker role.

Closing this as it is not planned for a backport, the implementation has changed in OSP-13.
