Description of problem:

Section 9.2 of the RH OSP Director Installation and Usage Guide is missing a step in removing the compute nodes service from nova.

The documentation is missing an important step.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Section 9.2 of the guide. 


Actual results:


$ source ~/stack/overcloudrc
$ nova service-delete [service-id]
$ source ~/stack/stackrc

Expected results:

Section 9.2 of the guide.  The following:

$ source ~/stack/overcloudrc
$ nova service-list
$ nova service-delete [service-id]
$ source ~/stack/stackrc


Additional info:

The step to determine the [service-id] is missing.
