How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration--> Settings
2. Select 'Red Hat Updates'
3. Click on 'Edit Registration' and give credentials.
4. Select the checkbox 


Actual results: All the options are disabled except 'Refresh List'


Expected results: All options should be enabled when to click on checkbox


Additional info:
Red Hat Updates page contains some Upstream name i.e. ManageIQ.
