Description Ben Breard 2016-10-06 16:58:43 UTC
Description of feature:

Red Hat will begin distributing gpg signatures for all container images. Satellite should be able to, at a minimum, sync these signatures locally, and ideally, expose them via http for image pulls. The signing implementation is based on what we're delivering in RHEL 7.3.

Comment 2 Michael Hrivnak 2017-01-09 19:31:06 UTC
The spec for how signature repos will look is still not complete: https://github.com/containers/image/pull/120

I'm moving this to the "Container Management - Content" component for planning. I'm happy to participate, but we need to define the product-level user experience before the Pulp team can proceed.

Thank you for your interest in Satellite 6. We have evaluated this request, and we do not expect this to be implemented in the product in the foreseeable future. We are therefore closing this out as WONTFIX. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact Rich Jerrido or Bryan Kearney. Thank you.
