The procedure on creating a region (4.4.2.1. Creating a Region) in the General Configuration guide must be updated to reflect the new numbers assigned to options in the appliance_console.

Thanks for making these changes. The menu numbers reflect the updated appliance_console menu, and the changes look good. All merged to master :)
