Description of problem:
The error text doesn't look good. 
Please look at screen shot

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go thru Configuration->Configuration Management menu
2. Click Configuration->Add a new Provider
3. fill form RH Satellite type but put incorrect url
4. Click Validate

Actual results:
alert text is long and unclear (look at screenshot)

Expected results:
the alert text should be more user-friendly
