Description of problem:

The documentation for enabling C&U for RHV needs to be updated for instructions for RHV 4 which are slightly different from previous versions of RHV due to the change form RHEL 6 to RHEL 7.

There needs to be an update to "VIRTUALIZATION 3.3 AND 3.4" for 4.0 and/or a new section. The instructions are almost the same but since its RHEL 7 the port rules change and the service restart uses systemctl.

6. Update the server’s firewall to accept TCP communication on port 5432: (RHV 4)

> firewall-cmd --add-port=5432/tcp --permanent

9. Reload the PostgreSQL configuration: (RHV 4)

> systemctl reload postgresql
