Description of problem: I would like to upgrade perl-Plack to Plack-1.0042 on f23/f24. Unfortunately, Plack-1.0042, for unknown reasons, claims to require a JSON-MaybeXS >= 1.003007. => I can't upgrade Plack on f23/f24, due to them shipping an insufficient JSON-MaybeXS. => Please upgrade to a JSON-MaybeXS >= 1.003007 on f23/f24.
It's only packaging/metadata changes, mainly to ensure sane back-end dependencies (which we already have in all current Fedora releases). I guess Plack upstream is wanting to make sure these dependencies are present and up to date. I'll push the updates this morning.
