Pitivi doesn't launch, error says:

Additional info:
A search with dnf for gstgtk doesn't find anything.

I have the same problem on Fedora 25 Beta 64bit .

Does installing gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-gtk fix the issue?

Yes, installing the aditional package makes it run, added feedback on bodhi as well, thanks.
