Red Hat CloudForms 4.2 exposes more information about OpenShift providers in the user interface, and items 5.8.2 (Working with the Containers Overview Page) and beyond in the Managing Providers guide must be updated to reflect the new items.

Chris - what we need to do for this bug is look at the items in the current user interface, and update the corresponding sections of the Managing Providers guide to include these.
