Submit buttons remain disabled. see attached screenshot

Expected results:
Import datastore via git should work

Hello,
We have a new role called "Git Repository Owner" that has to be enabled on the server before the Submit button would be enabled. There is also a timing issue related to how frequently we monitor the server roles. It might take about 4 to 5 minutes for the button to become enabled after you have enabled the role.

Submit button is active after enabling the "Git Repository Owner".
