Description of problem:
PVC link on attach storage/deployments/Storage page points to other resources page, they should links to Storage page

openshift v1.4.0-alpha.0+e76e0e8 (latest origin-web-console, the latest commit is 6a78401, manually vendored)
kubernetes v1.4.0+776c994
etcd 3.1.0-alpha.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create PVC
# oc create -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift-qe/v3-testfiles/master/persistent-volumes/nfs/claim-rwo.json
2.Create DC
# oc run testdc --image=aosqe/hello-openshift
deploymentconfig "testdc" created
3. Applications -> Deployments -> select testdc -> Actions -> Attach Storage
Select persistent volume claim: nfsc
4. Click the link on pvc 'nfsc' on attach storage page
5. Click Attach
6. Check volume info on Deployments page, click link on pvc 'nfsc'
7. Go to Storage page, click link on pvc 'nfsc'

Actual results:
4,6,7  It redirects to Other Resources page, pvc nfsc is not shown

Expected results:
4,6,7  Link on pvc name should link to Storage page

Checked against latest origin-web-console(latest commit is e79e649)

Now clicking PVC link goes to browse/persistentvolumeclaims/<pvc_name> page correctly
