The bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1383903 have been closed. Will it merge to manual_upgrades.html?

The commits from BZ#1383903 are already represented in this build. But I've also now gone ahead and added the logging/metrics related changes you suggested. Please see again:
