Looking at the latest master, the search/advanced search is present for middleware providers, servers, deployments, etc.
May we consider this as resolved?

Yes, I did check quickly in 5.9.0.11 and Advanced Search is available across all list view objects of middleware manager.
I will recommend QE check but we can close this

can you move it to qe please? I do not have a PR link to resolve this with because I have no knowledge when was this resolved and by which code change (could be core cross project change too)

MW provider is being disabled/hidden from the product.
