Description of problem:

Not able to display custom logo(at right-top corner) after upgrade from 3.2 to 4.1

How reproducible:

Always reproducible

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Go to Settings -> Zone -> Server:EVM
2. Click 'Custom logos' tab
3. Upload PNG image
4. Check "Use Custom Logo Image" checkbox
5. Save

Actual results:

Logo not displayed at top-right corner

Expected results:

Logo should be displayed at top-right corner
