Description of problem:
In step Review Subscriptions, there is a table where duplicate lines are shown for each subscription, see screenshot.
I started to investigate after the deployment started and I'm unable to reproduce the issue, now I'm seeing only two lines. In Content -> Red Hat Subscriptions I see the same. In the user portal, viewing the SMA in question I see only two entries, one for each subscription. Used SMA was created at 10/06/2016.
I also noticed that in QCI the expiration for OSE subscription is May 31, but in the portal it is 05/30.
I'll make a comment to this bug when I find a reproducer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a deployment, go to Subscription section
2. Choose a SMA, go to Review Subscriptions
3. Check for duplicate lines

Duplicate lines shown in Review Subscriptions step

Expected results:
Only one line for each subscription shown
