1. Fedora 24 Desktop with CDK-2.2.0
2. Initialize rhel-ose on top of KVM+libvirt
3. vagrant up and export env. variables
4. install "vagrant service-manager install-cli openshift"
5. check on host openshift client version:
oc v1.2.1
kubernetes v1.2.0-36-g4a3f9c5
6. check same inside vagrant:
oc v3.2.1.9-1-g2265530
kubernetes v1.2.0-36-g4a3f9c5

This bug doesn't seem to be related to CDK anymore.
