heat stack-list screenshot

Description of problem:

Clicking on the "Delete Deployment" after an installation has completed using the QuickStart Cloud Installer deletes the Installation name from the QCI Web UI but it does not delete the stack from the Overcloud.

This can be verified by doing a 'heat stack-list' on the Undercloud

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Can be reproduced all the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OpenStack using QCI
2. After the installation has completed, delete the installation using the "Delete Deployment" button.
3. Log onto the undercloud as user stack, and verify if the stack is there by doing a 'heat stack-list'

Actual results:

Expected results:

Expected the Overcloud stack to be deleted.
