Description of problem:
According to "OPR-035a" requirements, it is supposed that user will be able to create new Datasource for selected multiple EAP servers from list.

This functionality is not available now.

Ruben: this is not for Euwe, but the release after it.

Ruben: this also needs a corresponding "deploy jdbc driver to multiple servers at once", as the driver needs to exist before a datasource can be created.
