Description of problem: I played with different locale settings from command line and used LANG=ja_JA.utf8 which is of course incorrect (correct locale for Japanese is ja_JP.utf8). However, yumex-dnf crashed. What I'd expect it to do is to fallback to C locale, print or display a warning but otherwise work normally. If a new locale appears in future or a user has some incorrect settings yumex-dnf will stop working.
