Description of problem:
Add drop down menu for domain selection on login page when using multi domains in keystone. The current approach is to present an empty field, which is not very practical.

Horizon displays the regions and lets you switch between them. Further functionality to this would be on the keystone side and is not planned to be done in the near future.
