Description of problem:
No package "yum-plugin-copr" is available in cento7 repos

Further aggravated by:  no URL to the .repo file on the project Overview page
as claimed in: https://fedorahosted.org/copr/wiki/HowToEnableRepo

Yum-plugin-copr is subpackage of yum-utils.

Not that I can see....


[root@bld-centos7 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release

[root@bld-centos7 ~]# rpm -ql yum-utils | grep copr
[root@bld-centos7 ~]# rpm -qa | grep copr
[root@bld-centos7 ~]# yum list *copr*

Is this a rhel vs. centos issue?   Is COPR supposed to be unavalable to Centos hosts???

I am able to reproduce the same issue running latest CentOS7.

There's the copr plugin in CentOS:
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/Packages/yum-plugin-copr-1.1.31-45.el7.noarch.rpm
