Yum-plugin-copr is subpackage of yum-utils.

Is this a rhel vs. centos issue? Is COPR supposed to be unavalable to Centos hosts???
any update on this? I am able to reproduce the same issue running latest CentOS7.
There's the copr plugin in CentOS: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/Packages/yum-plugin-copr-1.1.31-45.el7.noarch.rpm
