Description of problem: After a successful QCI deployment, the OpenShift web console is fully operational but the helloworld sample app is inaccessible. The helloworld app install is pending in the web console. SSH'ing into the master nodes shows that the default pods are all stuck at ContainerCreating $ oc project default $ oc get pods NAME READY STATUS RESTARTS AGE docker-registry-2-deploy 0/1 ContainerCreating 0 23m management-metrics-1-deploy 0/1 ContainerCreating 0 23m router-1-deploy 0/1 ContainerCreating 0 23m $ oc project helloworld $ oc get pods NAME READY STATUS RESTARTS AGE php-helloworld-1-build 0/1 ContainerCreating 0 26 QCI Media Version: QCI-1.1-RHEL-7-20161011.t.2 How reproducible: 1st run on the new iso Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install QCI 2. Start RHEV+CFME+OSE deployment 3. Wait for success Actual results: QCI deployment succeeds but the sample app is unavailable Expected results: Sample app installs successfully and is available
