Description of problem: On RHEL7, with home mounted to a nfs server ( nfs version is nfs 4 ), when we create a file in /home/user/work-dir within a terminal, it does not show up in the gnome file explorer until we hit F5. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): glib2-2.42 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup up RHEL 7 with home mounted to NFS Server ( NFS4) 2. Try to create files using terminal 3. If the files don't show up automatically, press F5 to refresh. Actual results: The files don't show up automatically Expected results: The files should show up automatically without a need to refresh.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 shipped it's final minor release on September 29th, 2020. 7.9 was the last minor releases scheduled for RHEL 7. From intial triage it does not appear the remaining Bugzillas meet the inclusion criteria for Maintenance Phase 2 and will now be closed.
