Sorry, ignore the description.  The actual build failure comes
at the end of the build and is nothing to do with missing
build dependencies.

Bleah, not doing very well today am I!  Closing this as it's not
a FTBFS at all.  It might be a good idea to fix the %changelog entry
if you have time.
