In 3.4, oc new-app will guide the user through setting up git creds based on what the user has provided locally. I couldn't find any new options added to "oc new-app" and it appears the workflow uses "oc build-secret", which Cesar Wong already implemented and Brice merged. I emailed Cesar if anything further is required and he said he doesn't think anything else needs to be documented beyond what's in PR#3063. I think we can close this BZ since the function proposed in the BZ Description won't be implemented.
