The source for the seed needs to have passwordless ssh setup from the source monitor node to the the gateway nodes. Without it the rsync will hang since to will be waiting behind the scenes for a password entry that never comes.

In this instance magna006 is setup properly, but 31 and 46 do not have any ssh keys defined at all.

the group_vars instructions have been updated to flag this requirement

fix applied and version 1.2 of the ceph-iscsi-ansible and ceph-iscsi-config available for QA testing from Brew.
