Description of problem:
POST method is not documented for next_run parameters. This it is not possible to set parameters to be changed on next run.

Note that this requires a change in the specification of the API, but no change to the engine is needed, as it already supports the undocumented parameter. Anyhow, the engine should also be updated to use the fixed version of the model, to make sure that the documentation that is included with the engine is correct.

Once the specification of the API is modified the SDKs will need to be regenerated.

The change to the specification of the API has been merged, and will be included in release 4.1.15. Once that is released the engine should be updated to use it.

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.
