Description of problem:

bionetgen has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On aarch64:
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.aarch64 requires libsundials_cvode.so.1()(64bit)
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.aarch64 requires libsundials_nvecserial.so.0()(64bit)
On x86_64:
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.x86_64 requires libsundials_cvode.so.1()(64bit)
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.x86_64 requires libsundials_nvecserial.so.0()(64bit)
On i386:
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.i686 requires libsundials_cvode.so.1
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.i686 requires libsundials_nvecserial.so.0
On armhfp:
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.armv7hl requires libsundials_cvode.so.1
	bionetgen-2.2.6-2.fc25.armv7hl requires libsundials_nvecserial.so.0
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
