Description of problem: RSS feed of Fedora Magazine (https://fedoramagazine.org/feed/) is broken.

How reproducible: always.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load RSS feed in any RSS Reader software or RSS feed checker.

Actual results:
LibXML error 23 at line 121 (column 115): EntityRef: expecting ';'


Expected results:
Normal RSS feed.

It's not a bug, it works fine.
