Additional info:

Use Case: As an administrator that is not using data replication or listing, I would like to implement indexless buckets in my environment.


Provide the following information:
- briefly, explain potential performance benefits and impact to buckets that are created under that policy
- instructions regarding how to specify a placement target (storage policy) as indexless
