Description of problem:

To ease the deployment of RHOSP with OpenDaylight, we would like to have the 'opendaylight' RPM baked into the overcloud image.

After reviewing our priorities, it was decided to not focus on this RFE for Ocata. The ODL package will be installed using 'virt-customize' until a more comprehensive solution will be researched, most probably for Pike.
